Sales Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Immediate opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager. This individual will perform a wide variety of duties to direct, control and coordinate the Inside Sales functions, including processing orders, coordinating Inside Sales efforts, solving customer problems/complaints, and assisting customers in decision-making. Must also ensure professional customer service is delivered and high customer satisfaction is achieved.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Seek out and hire bright, energetic field sales professionals who are capable of effectively representing an intangible product/service
- Monitor and manage the activities of sales prosfessionals
- Focus each team member’s efforts on meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Coach, motivate, inspire and critique as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building and managing a successful sales organization i.e.; ability to build effective teams
- Experience driving a sales organization to beyond-goal performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking for the development of new programs, and excellent organizational skills
- 4-year college degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful business-to-business sales experience
- Experience selling or managing the sales of:
- marketing products or services
- web-based software
- technology driven products and services
- intangible products or services
